Women Leaders from organisations across Surrey were encouraged to apply some ‘horse sense’ to their businesses at a workshop we ran for Surrey Chambers of Commerce and Business Link Surrey on 19th March.
They enjoyed a fun and challenging day of Equine Assisted Coaching where their leadership, communication and problem solving skills were tested through a series of exercises and activities with the horses.
At the end of the day participants agreed it had been a unique and enlightening experience, and that even those who had experience of horses had found it ‘no real advantage’.
As one delegate said:
“I have very much enjoyed learning more about myself in a way I did not think was possible”.
