Investors in People
As a nationally accredited Investors in People Adviser we can support through your Investors in People journey whether you are new to the Standard or a Recognised organisation.
We will work with you to fully understand your business and agree the best approach to giving you the support you need. We provide advisory support which cost effective, adds value and delivers benefits to your organisation.
If you are already Recognised
The Standard was radically changed and updated in 2004 and the current version is considerably more challenging to organisations, particularly in the areas of planning, evaluation, employee involvement and management effectiveness.
We can help you understand how your organisation compares to the new requirements in time for your Review. If there are areas for development you may need advisory support to help you implement your action plan prior to the Assessor’s visit.
